I just recently took a trip to Amsterdam which was absolutely incredible. What a young, fresh, cosmopolitan city! I really enjoyed the sense of "itsall good" that the city holds, not only because of its relaxed laws, but more importantly because the city is such a "portal" to Europe. There are colors, creeds, and nationalities of every different shape and size in that city -- and everybody seems to get along with a refreshingly open indifference. Also, my secret dream is to road trip around the country and lease seats soI can trade on every one of the last remaining "open outcry" futures exchanges. In North America, that would take me to New York, for the NY Mercantile Exchange and the Coffee Sugar Cocoa Exchange. I'd head south to Kansas City to trade the value line, the grains, the and the Internet index on the KCBOT. Then to Minneapolis to trade grain on the floor of the very beautiful (but tiny) Minneapolis Grain Exchange. Then to Winnipeg to trade on the Winnipeg Commodity Exchange. I'd like to do this over the course of a year, documenting the entire thing for a Capitalist Pig-produced documentary.
