"There are still some places I want to go," Ken says. "I've delayed going to India, I suppose, because I thought it would be depressing. But it's soon going to be the most populous place in the world, and the largest middle class in the history of the world, and there are obviously beautiful places. I've not yet been to Israel, and would like to see those ancient places. But, you know, I have been a lot of places. A lot of places I want to go again. I've been all the way across Russia on the Trans-Siberian Express. There's something about Central Asia that draws me.
Australia I want to revisit. Nobody can really get enough of Europe, in part because I think the Europeans, as well as the Japanese and a couple of others -- but the Europeans especially, have taught us that cities are great."
