Gina says that Sonoma is "awesome" for growing grapes, and Gallo is experimenting with growing Italian and French varieties, particularly from the Rhône valley in France. However, she does set aside some time, at least once a year, to travel for fun: "I love traveling all over. I love Europe quite a bit, but I want to start exploring even the different places in the States, back East, that I have not been to."
