Emeril Lagasse is a native of Fall River, Massachusetts, but found his home in the sizzling town of New Orleans, Louisiana after stints as a chef in Paris, Lyon, New York, Boston and Philadelphia. He now has two restaurants in New Orleans, as well as ones in Las Vegas and Orlando.
