Todd English loves traveling in Italy, where he's divined many of his culinary inspirations. "I also love Mexico," he says. "I really love it. I think it's a really cool place. Very untapped. Amazing culture of food there, just amazing."
Todd also spends time in Las Vegas, where he has two restaurants, and has also been exploring Israel, working on a new menu for a hotel restaurant. He also hopes to explore Africa in the future.
