Adam Engst and his wife Tonya recently spent time traveling around Australia, seeing penguins and visiting friends in Perth. When asked about his favorite travel destinations, Engst says: "Right now, Australia is high on the list, but I also enjoy the San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, and Ithaca, NY. Of course, that's often because of visiting friends and family."
There's also a few items he never travels without.
"After the 14 hour flight to Australia and the 38 hour train ride from Adelaide to Perth, I'll never travel without a Walkman, Noisebuster headphones and several books on tape. And a lot of water, since dehydration is responsible for most jet lag and travel fatigue."
